Refund, Shipping and Return Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Sanzon.
We DO NOT Offer Refunds although we do offer a favourable replacement policy which will be in effect if said conditions are met;
In case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product / products. In order to be eligible for a replacement you have to lodge your complain through the number provided within 12 hours of receiving the order. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and it is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods- in-transit.
Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by Sanzon, provided goods are received in acceptable condition.
On certain items like appliances & electronics brands, warranty may supersede Sanzon Returns Policy.
